A large bar (one whole floor of the building) Voodoo Lounge offers a range of "atmospheres" with a quieter bar area, a largish dance floor, often with live music or a DJ and lots of nooks and crannies in which one can hide or chat to escape from the above, all done out in a vaguely voodoo theme. Foreign run, the staff are pleasant and efficient. A range of "pub grub" food is offered - a lot of it in the 300 to 700yen range. Portions are large, the food tasty and service usually speedy. There are also free darts and a bar-hockey table in addition to pool.
It offers a wide range of events through the week including live bands, DJ's and an "African Percussion" night so it is worth getting hold of their monthly schedule. It feels both pleasant and "safe".
Occasionally admission fee if there is a live band, particularly on Friday & Saturday.
